ROOVERSE is designed for authentic human participation. We use detection systems and moderation review to identify AI-generated or automated content and apply enforcement where policy violations are confirmed.

• Text content must be written by humans.
• Images and videos must be captured or created by humans.
• Automated posting tools, spam bots, and deceptive automation are not allowed.
• Editing tools are permitted; generation tools are not.

To use ROOVERSE, you may need to complete human verification. This may include phone verification and identity verification through Didit. During verification you are redirected to Didit and must accept Didit's terms. ROOVERSE stores verification status and related metadata, and does not store identity documents.

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
• One account per person.
• Accurate information required for verification.
• You are responsible for account security.

Roochip Lite (ROO) is a closed-loop in-app credit system used for certain platform features. Roochip Lite is issued and operated by THH (St Kitts & Nevis). By using Roochip Lite, you acknowledge:

• ROO has no monetary value.
• Roochip Lite purchases do not represent stored money, a bank deposit, or an e-money account.
• ROO is non-transferable and non-withdrawable.
• ROO can only be used for in-app features.
• ROO is not cryptocurrency and does not use wallet addresses or private keys.
• ROO cannot be redeemed for cash, withdrawn, or transferred and only grants a limited right to use in-app features.
• ROOVERSE reserves the right to adjust ROO mechanics and eligibility.

Purchasing Roochip Lite is optional. Core social features can be used without purchase.

• On mobile, purchases are processed only via Apple In-App Purchase and Google Play Billing.
• Web purchases may be processed through Stripe.
• Refunds for mobile purchases are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
• The ROOVERSE mobile app does not provide Stripe or other external payment links.

All content is subject to moderation. We use AI detection tools and human moderators to enforce platform rules.

• Content may be restricted, removed, or escalated for review when AI signals and moderator review indicate policy violations.
• You may appeal moderation decisions.
• Repeat violations result in permanent ban.
• Community moderators earn ROO for accurate flags.

In addition to AI-generated content, the following are prohibited:

• Harassment, hate speech, or threats.
• Spam or repetitive content.
• Impersonation of others.
• Sharing private information without consent.
• Illegal activities or content.

You retain ownership of your content, but grant ROOVERSE a license to display, distribute, and promote it on the platform.

ROOVERSE is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for user-generated content or interactions between users.

Users can export their data and request account deletion directly in-app. Deletion is immediate after confirmation and account data is removed.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of ROOVERSE constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
